Can I return the product for a refund or exchange if I do not like it?

For sure! That is our promise. Please contact us with your order number within 10 days upon receiving your order and we will provide the return instruction. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all fees involved for the product return, until the item reaches us. Therefore, we recommend customers to take precautions by using tracked courier services.

  • Customized products of your unique expressions are non-refundable
  • Shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable
  • Item must be returned in their original condition and packaging 

How do I get a replacement if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

While we strive to deliver items in perfect condition, unforeseen issues may arise. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue within 10 days upon receiving your order so we can arrange for a replacement right way after assessing the issue.

3-Month Product Warranty

We offer a 3-month limited product warranty. Within 3 months upon receiving your order, if you discover faults with your item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange for a one-time replacement. 

Product warranty does not apply to:

  • Deterioration or defects resulting from normal aging, scratches due to natural wear-and-tear, abuse, or improper use of the product
  • Any damages caused by accidents

6-Month Product Repair

As part of our environmental commitment, we are proud to provide enduring, quality products designed to stand the test of time. Should you discover any repairable damage to your item within six months of receiving your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the problem and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Product repairs (if possible) arising from the following will incur a fee:

  • Deterioration or defects resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear, abuse, or improper use of the product
  • Any damages caused by accidents
